Abstract | ||||
The study aims to identify the impact of the use of technological developments on the cost and quality of the educational process in the government of Iraqi universities. The study found the use of the cost of student index in determining the educational cost, helps to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses 2 of the decision makers in universities and thus lead to the optimal use of resources, and the application of ICT in government institutions of higher education to help develop curricula keep pace with modern scientific developments and contribute to increasing the effectiveness of education, and the quality of learning outcomes. The study recommends the need for university curricula evaluated on an ongoing basis and updated, and work to expand the digital laboratories in universities, especially science faculties, including the Faculty of Medicine, develop and connect them in a can of professors and students of e-communication, and the need to use to measure the cost of a student in the university index through its importance in planning, control and decision-making in all activities, and the need to expand the use of ICT in government university education, and to provide the necessary financial | ||||
