Abstract | ||||
The objective of the study is studying the assessment of the administrative performance of Egyptian tourism companies within the existence of some current tourism legislation. We would like to highlight the importance of some tourism legislation in terms of legislation, implementation effectiveness, institutional coordination to enforce legislation, and identifying and analyzing the most important strengths and weaknesses in current tourism legislation. The most important results of the study: 1. The existence of a statistically significant relationship to the current tourism legislation on the planning and organization activities followed by the Egyptian tourism companies category (A). 2. The existence of influential relationship of a statistically significant in regard with the current tourism legislation on the orientation and control activities followed followed by Egyptian tourism companies, category (A). 3. The existence of an influential relationship of statistical significance between the current tourism legislation and the opinions of the respondents about the ability of Egyptian tourism companies, category (A), to adhere to the current tourism legislation. | ||||
