| The research aims to design a proposed program using TRX & Vipr exercises on the performance level of some skills of the parallel bars in gymnastics to identify6 1- The level of some physical variables for gymnasts 2- On improving the level of performance of some skills of the parallel bars in gymnastics Fourth: Research hypotheses. 1- There are statistically significant differences between the standard mean (pre- and post-test) of the research sample in the development of some special physical variables for gymnastics juniors in favor of the post-measurement 2- There are statistically significant differences between the standard mean (pre- and post-test) of the experimental research sample in improving the level of skill performance of the parallel device in favor of the post-measurement | ||||
