| Abstract | ||||
| The research aims to know the effect of ballistic training on some of the special physical abilities of the triple jump contestants, and the researchers used the experimental method of the one-group system by means of pre and post-measurement, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. In the triple jump for the 2019/2020 sports season, the research sample was deliberately chosen from the 6th of October Club under (21) years old, whose number is (7) players and registered with the Egyptian Federation. The results of the study showed that the training program had a positive effect on the development of the physical abilities of the triple jump contestants and this explains the differences between the results of the pre and post-measurements. | ||||
