| Abstract | ||||
| = تتفق أغلبالآراء علي أن مصطلح التنمية المستدامة مصطلح حديث لکونه ظهر في أواخر القرن العشرين، إلا أنني في هذه الورقة البحثية سوف ألقي الضوء على أن التنمية المستدامة الحقيقية قد وجدت قبل ذلک بفترة طويلة، وأقصد تلک التنمية التي نشأت في عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في المدينة المنورة في القرن الأول الهجري، وتابعيه من الخلفاء الراشدين (t) الذين ساروا على نهجه (r) مقتفين أثره في کل شيء،من خلال المنهج التحليلي الذي يؤکد نشأة التنمية المستدامة، محاولا تأصيل حاضرنا الزاهر من خلال ما کان بماضينا المجيد، مستهدفًا من وراء ذلک إبراز اهتمام الرسول (r) والخلفاء الراشدين من بعده بالفئات المهمشة، وسأهتم بالمعاقين والمرأة کنموذجين يحتذي بهما في ذلک الوقت، وذلک من خلال عدة نقاط رئيسة هي: مصطلح التنمية المستدامة کما عرفته الأمم المتحدة، تاريخ التنمية المستدامة وبداية نشأتها في العصر الحديث، أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، مجالات التنمية في العهد النبوي وعهد الخلفاء الراشدين، وأخيرًا،،، نماذج من مشارکة الأفراد المعاقين و المرأة في التنمية في عهد النبوة والخلفاء الراشدين، وفي الخاتمة، ذيلت الدراسة بما توصلت إليه من نتائج. Abstract: Most opinions agree that the term sustainable development is a modern term because it appeared in the late twentieth century, but in this research paper I will shed light on the real sustainable development that existed long before that, and I mean that development that arose during the era of the Prophet, peace be upon him, in Medina Al-Munawwarah in the first century AH, and his followers from the Rightly Guided Caliphs (t) who followed his path (may God bless him and grant him peace) tracing his impact on everything, through the analytical approach that emphasizes the emergence of sustainable development, trying to root our glorious civilization in the present, Aiming from behind this to highlight the interest of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs after him with marginalized groups as a practical work for the disabled and women as models to be followed at that time, through several main points: the term sustainable development as defined by the United Nations, the history of sustainable development and the beginning of its inception in the era Al-Haddi, dimensions of sustainable development, areas of development in the era of the Prophet and the era of the rightly-guided caliphs, and finally,,, models of the participation of disabled individuals and women in development during the era of prophecy and the rightly-guided caliphs. | ||||
