| Abstract | ||||
| يتناول هذا الموضوع دراسة الأسواق فى العصر الصفارى فى فترة تاريخية حرجة من تاريخ الخلافة العباسية حيث بدأت بوادر الضعف تدب فيها مع بداية العصر العباسي الثاني (232هـ -334هـ/846-936م) فقد تطلع أمراء المشرق والطامعون في اقتطاع أجزاء من بلدان الخلافة العباسية الشرقية ؛ لتحقيق اطماعهم دون رغبة الخلافة العباسية.ووصل الأمر إلى التحايل على الخلافة العباسية بالتقرب منها مقابل المرسوم الخلافى بالإعتراف بهم.وبشرعية حکمهم على البلاد التى سيطروا عليها وإرسال الهديا والتمادى فى طلب التودد وخطب عطف الخلافة من ناحية.أو اللجوء إلى القوة القهرية وفرض الأمر الواقع على الخلافة منتهزين فترة الضعف التى تمر بها الخلافة وحربها مع صاحب ثورة الزنج التى کلفت الخلافة العباسية الکثير من الجند والعتاد.وهذا ما فعله يعقوب بن الليث الصفار مؤسس الدولة الصفارية في سجستان وسوف نبرز فى هذه الدراسة إشکالية مهمة تکمن فى طرح عدة تساولات غاية فى الأهمية عن وضعية الأسواق وتأثر الحرکة التجارية فى سجستان ومدنها فى ظل الصراع الذى خاضته الدولة الصفارية مع الخوارج فى سجستان، ومع الدولة السامانية فى بلاد ماوراء النهر، ومع الحرکات المعادية للصفاريين کحرکة أحمد بن عبدالله الخجستانى الذى سک النقود فى هراة ونيسابور، وحرکة رافع بن هرثمة الذى سار على درب الخجستانى فى رافع لواء المعارضة للصفاريين. لاجدال أن تلک الحرکات فتت فى عضد الاقتصاد الصفارى وأثرت على الحرکة التجارية وعلى نقل السلع التجارية بين مدن سجستان المختلفة، على الرغم من صمت المصادر التاريخية وکتب الرحالة والجغرافيين العرب عن ذکر هذا التاثير. Abstract: This topic deals with the study of markets in the Saffari era in a critical historical period of the history of the Abbasid Caliphate, where signs of weakness began to appear with the beginning of the second Abbasid era (232 AH-334 AH/846-936AD).
