Abstract | ||||
The research aims to design a website for training on the skills of preparing women’s outerwearPatterns, and building (3) training units that include (12) trainings that include identifying the tasks, tools and windows of Gemini CAD System programs, and how to draw patterns (8) models of women’s outerwear, and grading One of the patterns and preparing a plan for shearing and interlocking it, so that it is presented on the website in a scientific method and a logical arrangement that helps the trainee to understand, and to benefit from the advantages of Gemini CAD System programs easily and perfectly. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the applied study, by compiling the scientific material of web design foundations, designing and building a website for training on outerwear preparation skills using Gemini CAD System programs, and the experimental method by conducting an achievement test (cognitive-skill) before and after training, To ensure the effectiveness and validity of the proposed website. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the website for training on the skills of preparing of women’s outerwear patterns using Gemini CAD System programs, where there were statistically significant differences between the female trainees in the pre application and the post application at the level of the statistical function (0.01) in favor of the post application, and there were statistically significant differences between the female trainees in the pre application and the post application of the cognitive achievement test at the statistical function (0.01) level in favor of the post application, and there were statistically significant differences between the female trainees in the pre application and the post application of the skill test at the statistical function (0.01) level in favor of the post application, and the acceptance rate of specialized professors and trainers in the field of clothing designing and production was high towards designing a website for Training on the skills of preparing women's outerwear patterns. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: taking advantage of the proposed training site as a training model integrated with the clothing modelspreparing courses, and as a sole training model for female graduates of fashion designing specialities in universities and training institutions, and developing training methods and supporting them with technological up-to-date innovations, by benefiting from studies that dealt with designing programs with the computer assistance containing samples inside the classrooms, And presenting them as asynchronous lessons and courses via websites, to be suitable for self-learning, by providing courses for faculty members and trainers specialized in the designing and production of clothing to learn how to create websites in easy ways such as hosting, and learn how to use montage programs to provide lessons and courses through web pages, To overcome the obstacles of geographical and temporal conditions. | ||||
