Abstract | ||||
The study aims to anticipate the future of education in Egypt, by developing a vision for this future and its needs based on its past and reality. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the application of the Delphi method was used, building scenarios and preparing the field side on the list of the questionnaire directed to the sample items, which amounted to 50 items. Statistical analysis was used to verify the validity of the study hypotheses. The study reached the following results: 1) There is a relationship and the impact of increased spending on higher education and the quality of graduates to compete in the labor market where the correlation coefficient was 0.828 at a significant level 0.05. 2) There is a relationship and impact of the investment in emerging technology (artificial intelligence) and the quality of graduates to compete in the labor market.where the correlation coefficient was 0.820 at a significant level 0.05. 3) There is a relationship and the impact of change in traditional systems of higher education (colleges coordination) and the quality of graduates to compete in the labor market.where the correlation coefficient was 0.720 at a level of 0.05. The most important recommendations of the researcher include the following: 1) There is an urgent need to expand the establishment of higher education institutions in partnership with the private and private sectors to reduce the financial burden on the state and link the “environment concept to the economic and service sectors.” | ||||
