Abstract | ||||
Abstract: The Research aimed to identify the relationship between the positive orientation to life and some demographic variables associated with the university student represented in (gender, academic specialization, academic level), and in order to achieve this goal, the study sample consisted of (120) male and female students in the first and fourth classes, whose ages range from what Between (18-22) years old, with an average age (19.93) and a standard deviation (0.51). The descriptive approach was used, and the researcher applied a scale: positive orientation to life (preparation: the researcher), The results are as the following: There were no statistically significant differences in the positive orientation to life among university students according to the gender variable (males, females), and there were statistically significant differences in the positive orientation to life among university students according to the academic level in favor of the fourth year, and there were no related differences statistical significance in the positive orientation to life among university students according to the academic specialization variable (English, technical, educational technology). We can conclude from the current research directing the researchers' eyes to increase the greater effort for research and studies that deal with university students, to understand their problems and needs, and then to develop counseling and treatment programs based on a sound scientific basis in order to be able to adapt and conform to reality. | ||||
