Abstract | ||||
The application of artificial intelligence in the digital marketing strategy via social media platforms can be of great benefit to marketers, allowing the generation of personal information and its use in successful campaigns. For social media, the current problem is not a lack of knowledge or skills to create customized campaigns, but rather a lack of time. With so many different ways to collect as much data as possible from customers, it is impossible for one person to capture this data, discover the information, and then set up automated marketing campaigns for each person. Artificial intelligence is the solution to this problem, which focuses on exploiting customer data and machine learning in marketing strategies to anticipate the next step for customers and improve their experience through content personalization. Artificial intelligence is now moving to a new stage where it will be possible to improve productivity, organizational efficiency and increase profitability for enterprises. Companies now have the opportunity to use artificial intelligence technology in order to provide a product or service that meets their needs and expectations. Artificial intelligence on social media has become an essential thing. For example: YouTube suggests videos based on a user's search and search on its platform. Facebook suggests some people on its platform based on people's location. | ||||
