Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of the work environment and its relationship with job satisfaction of the academic staff of the faculties of social work. The study was applied to (181) members of the academic staff of the faculties of social work in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the study found that there is a direct relationship that is statistically significant at (0.01) between leadership style, organizational culture, participation in decision-making, work environment conditions and between job satisfaction of the academic staff of the faculties of social work in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
