Abstract | ||||
Job security is one of the motires through which management achieves excellence, and the employees’ sense of it is one of the important matters that companies focus on, as this feeling contributes to increasing their satisfaction, which in turn will lead to their tendency to volunteer to do additional work within the company . The study aimed to assess the impact of job security on organizational citizenship behaviors in category "A" tourism companies. To achieve this goal; The researcher designed a questionnaire directed to workers in tourism companies category "A" in Greater Cairo, where 543 forms were distributed, while the analysis was done using SPSS V.24 and SAS V.9.1 programs. The study concluded that there is a significant and positive impact of job security on workers' practice of organizational citizenship behaviors among workers in tourism companies. In addition to the presence of a significant and positive impact of job security on all dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors in tourism companies, where its effect was on the behavior of kindness and higher civility, followed by its effect on altruism, its effect on sportsmanship, then its effect on a living conscience, and finally its impact on job security on civilized behavior . | ||||
