Abstract
عکس مکونات البحث بمدخله المنهجي والإستراتيجي، مبدأ الشمولية Comprehensive والتکاملية Integrated لعملية تشخيص واقع مؤشرات القدرات التنافسية للتنمية السياحية في الوطن العربي، وفقا لمؤشر التنافسية العالمي لعام 2019، علماً أنه تم استبعاد الفترة الاستثنيائية المتمثلة بأحداث جائحة کورونا، بهدف الکشف عن مکامن الضعف والقوة للوصول إلى تنمية مستدامة للقطاع السياحي العربي، وقد جمع البحث بين النظرية والتطبيق، لما يشمله من إطار نظري يتناول واقع التنمية السياحية العربية، وتطبيق عملي يسهم بوضع إجراءات تنفيذية للنهوض بمختلف مکونات صناعة السياحة في الوطن العربي، مع التأکيد على عوامل الاستدامة Sustainability، مع الإشارة بوضوح إلى عدد من التقارير الدولية الصادرة عن منظمات اقتصادية مهتمة بالقطاع السياحي العالمي، والذي أدى إلى وضع تصور عام عن واقع تشخيص القطاع السياحي في الوطن العربي، مما أسهم في التعرف على أهم الإشکاليات التي تعاني منها، تمهيداً لوضع إجراءات تنفيذية عملية قابلة للتطبيق العملي، تسهم في علاج المشکلات التي تقف حجر عثرة أمام تطوير القطاع السياحي العربي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية متابعة الدول العربية لتقارير التنافسية العالمية، والتي تشکل عنصراً هاماً في معالجة اشکاليات تطوير قطاعها السياحي وتنميته من خلال تعظيم نقاط القوة ومعالجة نقاط الضعف.
