Abstract | ||||
This research aimed mainly to determine the performance efficiency level of agricultural extension workers (A.E.W) for carrying out field visits regarding: preparing, and communicational skills, determinants of their performance efficiency, the potencies capability level which help them to carrying out field visits, also recognizing constraints which facing them in this field, and finally their suggestions to overcome these constraints. Date were collected from 186 respondents as a random sample from among agricultural extension workers at Kafr ElSheih, El-Behera, and Gharbia govemorates through personal interview using questionnaire. Tables, Frequencies, and Percentages, Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Person Simple Correlation Coefficient, Regression Coefficient, were used analyze date. | ||||
