| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى الوصول إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتحقيق متطلبات تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية لمجالس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء المواطنة التنظيمية، واستخدم البحث الحالي الطريقة الوصفية وأسلوب دراسة الحالة، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج لنقاط القوة في الواقع الميداني والتي منها: تنفيذ المشاريع التطوعية وحل الخلافات التي قد تحدث في المجتمع، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج لنقاط الضعف في الواقع الميداني والتي منها: قلة تنظيم مسابقات لاکتشاف وتنمية مواهب الطلاب وقلة متابعة المستوى التعليمي للطلاب، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم صياغة إجراءات مقترحة لتحقيق متطلبات تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية لمجالس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء المواطنة التنظيمية ومنها ما يلي: إعداد استراتيجية للمسئولية الاجتماعية يستطيع من خلالها أعضاء مجالس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي التمکن من أداء مهامهم المهنية والمجتمعية والتعامل مع المشکلات التعليمية التي يمکن أن تواجههم بشفافية ومصداقية في ظل الضغوط الداخلية والخارجية والتهديدات المحلية والدولية. This research aimed at reaching proposed procedures to achieve the requirements of activating the social responsibility of the board of trustees, parents and teachers at the basic education schools in North Sinai Governorate in the light of the organizational citizenship. The descriptive method and case study style were used in this study. Among the strong results of the field situation reached are the implementation of the voluntarily projects and solving disputes that might rise in the society. In addition, some of the weak points in the field situation have been revealed such as the lack of holding completions that aim at discovering and developing students' talents in addition to conduction a follow up to students' educational level. In the light of these results, proposed procedures have been suggested for fulfilling the activation of the social responsibility of the board of trustees, parents and teachers at the basic education schools in North Sinai Governorate in the light of the organizational citizenship. Such procedures include establishing a strategy for the social responsibility through which the members of the social responsibility of the board of trustees, parents and teachers at the basic education schools can apply their societal and professional tasks in order to effectively deal with educational challenges that might face them, in the light of internal and external pressures and local and international threatening. | ||||
