Abstract | ||||
The aim of the research is to use the cost-benefit analysis method in evaluating the environmental and economic impact of the training process and its tools. On the method of observation and investigation and the implementation of a questionnaire form. The study reached the following results: The training center implementing the training program is interested in some of the principles of sustainable development in the training programs implemented in it in terms of the tools used and the safe disposal of them and the inclusion of educational content provided on the goals and principles of sustainable and the objectives of the return system. There is awareness among the administration and its employees that the environmental cost analysis system aims to reduce program costs, achieve return from them, and motivate trainees to apply in their workplaces, which in turn leads to improving the productivity and competitiveness of the entity. There is a direct and statistically intrinsic relationship between the cost-benefit analysis in evaluating the environmental impact of the training process and the impact arising from it, as there was a strong correlation with statistical significance, where the values of the correlation coefficient reached (0.695). Statistical significance and the value of the correlation coefficient was (0.646). There is a strong correlation with statistical significance at a significant level (0.01) between the return on the environmental impact and the return on the economic impact of the training process, and the value of the correlation coefficient is (0.703). | ||||
