Abstract | ||||
Domestic tourism at the international level constitutes from 80 to 90% of the total global tourist demand, especially since the World Tourism Organization paid special attention to the development and encouragement of domestic tourism in 1963. The effect of the seasonality of international tourism, the employment of manpower, the reduction of poverty and unemployment, and the distribution of the tourism impact in a more fair and balanced manner on the various development areas. Hotel services are defined as: “a set of different activities offered by the hotel and its employees to guests such as good reception and speed of response to provide their requirements and present them in the best ways that make the guest feel appreciated and respected and the quality of services”, and hotel services are one of the basic elements of the hotel marketing mix, This is due to its close relationship with satisfying needs and desires, and therefore it should have a global character and characteristics to be able to adapt to global tourist demand.
