Abstract | ||||
The research aims to evaluate the process of decision making which is considered one of the primary responsibilities in which the manager endures by describing decision making as a management activity and in it the most important factors are the persons that take the decisions. The process of making decisions is considered a part of solving the problem and it is a mechanism for taking alternatives and options in every stage of solving the problems process. Investment with it's different types has a big importance for growing and developing nations and has it's effect on all life aspects . The importance of investment isn't restricted on the economical aspects , but it's importance is far beyond social aspects and society welfare . Investment has a great importance for world nations and developing countries in particular under reduction of saving , the rarity of national capitals and what it provides of financing , not to mention it's great importance of communicating the developed technology for the developing countries. Sport institution isn't different from other societal . It can be studied and classified in more than one level and with a lot of methods according to the nature of activities and works volume in which the institution performs and that sports institution can be differentiated | ||||
