Abstract | ||||
This search aimed to acknowledging the opinions of interviewed agricultural extension agents in the degree of suitability of editing and designing some technical pamphlets issued by inheritance agricultural en-gineering research institute, also determining the most important vari-ables affecting on Editing and designing these pamphlets. This research was carried out in Shedd" governorate in lower Egypt and Beni-Swiel governorate in upper Egypt. Two districts wore chosen from each governorate, having the largest number of Agricultural extension agents. The Total studied sample amounted to 207 Agricultural Extension agents. out of them 131 interviewees from Sharkia governorate and 76 Interviewees from Beni-Swief governorate. representing 29 percent from their population in the two governorates. Data was collected by personal interview questionnaire prepared and pretested to suite the objectives of this study. Data collected throughout January and February of the year 2003. In presenting and analyzing used data tables, Frequencies, per-centages, arithmetic means. standard deviation, weighted average. Per-son simple correlation coefficient. stepwise technique model, (Chit) coef-ficient. Themajor result of this study could be summarized on the following : - more than hall of the interviewed agricultural extension agents (55.93 percent) see that editing elements were very much suitable. - more than three fifth of the interviewed agricultural extension agents (62.2 percent) $00 that designing elements of the studied pamphlets were very much suitable. There was positive significant correlation relationship between the fol-lowing independent variables : Job satisfaction, degree of dependence on sources of Agricultural information, participation in social Organiza-tions, degree of care about reading of technical bulletins and pamphlets. interviewees motivation towards knowledge change (on the 0.01 level), degree of knowledge about the objectives of Agricultural inheritance engineering (on the 0.05 level), and the opinion of the interviewees about the degree of suitablity of editing elements of some technical pamphlets issued by the agricultural inheritance engineering research Institute. | ||||
