Binary nano oxide MgO/SiO2 synthesis, depending on rice husk ash as raw material to extract nano-silica oxide. The sample prepared with different ratios of Mg/Si (0.75:0.25,0.9:0.1,0.25:0.75, and 0.5:0.5). The series of the ratio of Mg/Si is characterized by using X-ray diffraction, EDX, FE SEM, and BET techniques. The effects of magnesium oxide on modifying silica amorphous on structural parameters and surface qualities have been identified. In silica gel extracted from rice husk ash, this interaction is suggested to be essential for the balanced surface acid: base sites about the strong MgO and SiO2 interaction and the performance of binary nano oxide MgO/SiO2 based on the difference in the ratio of Mg/Si activity and physicochemical properties. According to results produced by binary oxide MgO/SiO2 ratio (0.5:0.5) of Mg/Si it has high activity with mesoporous having a significant surface area and pore distribution that has more activity against Gram-negative bacteria (E.Coli) at a concentration of 625 µg/mL, as well as using binary nano oxide MgO/SiO2 to make wound dressings that operate as antimicrobial. In vitro cytotoxic effects were studied of composites MgO/SiO2 (NPS) on Vero cell line 101 and skin cell line- A431. Different concentrations were investigated. MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay was used to determine the cytotoxic effects of green synthesized nanopowder. This study involved preparations for medical ointments with therapeutic efficacy by studying the effect of these ointments on S. aureas bacteria burns and wounds. | ||||
