Abstract
The research aims to identify the evaluation of recreational sports services in the role of the Egyptian armed forces from the axes of "tangibility, trust and reliability, responsiveness, sympathy". ) individuals. (30) individuals were also used to calculate the scientific transactions of the tool "honesty - persistence", and the researchers used the questionnaire to collect data, and the researchers concluded: The interior design of the house is attractive and good-looking, the house administration works to provide its recreational services on time according to the field The announced timeline, the role management is working to overcome unexpected and unusual situations that may occur during the provision of recreational services

يهدف البحث الى التعرف علي تقويم الخدمات الترويحية الرياضية بدور القوات المسلحة المصرية من المحاور " الملموسية، الثقة والإعتمادية ، الإستجابة ، ، التعاطف"، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي علي عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من المترددين على دور القوات المسلحة وقد بلغ عدد العينة (125) فرداً کما تم الإستعانة بعدد (30) فرد لحساب المعاملات العلمية للأداة "الصدق – الثبات" واستخدم الباحثون الاستبيان لجمع البيانات ، کما توصل الباحثون إلى : يتسم التصميم الداخلي للدور بالجاذبية وحسن المظهر ، تعمل ادارة الدور على تقديم خدماتها الترويحية فى الوقت المحدد وفق المجال الزمني المعلن ، تعمل ادارة الدور على التغلب علي المواقف المفاجاة غير المعتادة والتي قد تحدث اثناء تقديم الخدمات الترويحية ، تضع ادارة الدور مصلحة العملاء فى المقدمة من خلال توفير خدمات ترويحية تهدف الي استثمار اوقات الفراغ، وقد اوصوا بما يلي : استخدام انظمة معلومات بالدقة والحداثة والتوقيت المناسب لضمان تحسين جودة الخدمة ضرورة ترکيز ادارة دور القوات المسلحة على ابعاد الجودة التي لها تاثير کبير على رضا المترددين من اجل اشباع رغبات وحاجات المترددين
