| Abstract | ||||
| دراسة الشخصيات أمر ذو أهمية في رسم العديد من الأحداث التاريخية وصنعها؛ لأنه يساعد على فهم الجوانب المهمة من تاريخ بلدهم، وتشكل هذه الحقيقة الدافع الرئيس لدراسة شخصية فاروق الشرع؛ إذ تسلط الضوء على بداية تكوينه الاجتماعي وعملية دخوله في النضال السياسي بعد ممارسة حياته العملية واستكمال دراسته الإعدادية، فقد بدأ حياته العملية في شركة الكرنك عام 1961م، وتقلد مناصب عديدة في شركة الخطوط الجوية السورية كمدير إقليمي للخطوط الجوية السورية في لندن عام 1967م، ثم التحق فاروق الشرع بجامعة لندن لدراسة القانون الدولي بين عامي 1971-1976م، فضلا عن عمله في شركة الطيران حيث قدم العديد من المهام خلالها لخدمة بلاده، ثم وزيرا للشؤون الخارجية عامي 1980-1984م، وأصبح وزيرا للخارجية عام 1984م. كان فاروق الشرع من السياسيين المقربين من الرئيس السوري السابق حافظ الأسد(1971-2000م)، وأحد العوامل الأساسية في اتخاذ القرار السياسي في سوريا، وبعد الغزو العراقي للكويت عام 1990م، كان له موقف في حسم الخلاف وإرضاء الطرفين، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأداء الدبلوماسي لوزير الخارجية السوري فاروق الشرع في مؤتمر مدريد - إذ عينه الرئيس حافظ الأسد لتولي مفاوضات السلام في مؤتمر مدريد عامي 1991-1992م - واستعراض أبرز الآراء والمقترحات التي قدمها خلال مناقشات المؤتمر، وكان مؤمنا بعدم تحقيق السلام إلا باستعادة سوريا الأراضي العربية المحتلة كافة، منذ حرب حزيران/ يونيو عام 1967م، وكان مسؤولا عن الإشراف على عملية السلام مع (إسرائيل). Abstract The study of personalities is important in drawing and fabricating many historical events, because it helps to understand the important aspects of the history of their country.And completing his preparatory studies, he began his Working Iife at Karnak Company in1961, and held several positions in the Syrian Airlines Company as a regional manager for Syrian Airlines in London in 1967, then Farouk Al- Shara Joined the University of London to study international Law between 1971-1976, in addition to his Work in the airline, during Which he Performed many tasks to serve his country, then as Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1980-1984, and became Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1984. Farouk al-Shara is considered one of the Politicians close to the former Syrian President Hafez al- Assad, and one of the main factors in making the political decision in Syria, and after I rags occupation of Kuwait in 1990, he had a position in resolving the dispute and satisfying the two parties, and the study aims to shed light on the diplomatic performance of the Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara at the Madrid Conference, as President Hafez al- Assad appointed him to lead the peace negotiations at the Madrid Conference in 1991-1992, and to review the most prominent views and proposals he presented during the conferences discussions, and he believed that peace could only be achieved Syria returned all occupied Arab I ands, since the June War of 1967, and was responsible for supervising the peace process with (IsraeI). | ||||
