Abstract | ||||
The rural development work is affected much by the level of knowledge about the rural development concept, specially among the Agricultural Extension Managers (AEM) at the central level in the Central Administration for Agricultural Extension Service. So this research was conducted to determine the differences between the knowledge levels of agricultural extension managers (AEM) and their relationship with the Independent variables. To collect data, respondents were interviewed using a pre-tested questionnaire. A sample of the AEMS amounted to 47 respondents was selected. Chi Square was used to analyze data statistically. Results revealed that there was a significant difference between the respondents' levels of knowledge regarding the rural development concept, and that there was a significant relation between their levels of knowledge and their experience in the extension field. The relationships between the rest of the variables were not significant. | ||||
