Abstract | ||||
Small projects occupy great importance in all developed and developing countries because of the role they play in generating and settling jobs at large rates and at low capital costs. The life of rural women through projects and services provided by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach through a questionnaire applied to a sample of individuals who received loans provided by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and an interview guide officials and experts On the follow-up of these beneficiaries from the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the governorates in which the study was applied, namely Menoufia, Beheira and Beni Suef, and the study concluded that there is a statistical significance between the presence of small projects in changing the quality of rural women’s life economically, socially, psychologically, health and educationally for the study sample for each of (Beheira governorate, Beni Suef Governorate, Menoufia Governorate) respectively, and the study recommended the new planning of projects By studying the needs of the local community and developing the project in proportion to those needs, with the need to support the social planner to play the role of the project and highlight it at all administrative levels, and to develop development centers for vocational training for the beneficiaries of the project. | ||||
