Abstract | ||||
The research aims to identify the relationship between the average annual expenditure of the family and the average amount consumed of the goods studied and the size of the family on the other hand in both the urban and rural Egypt, and the most important factors affecting the food consumption pattern in Egypt, by focusing on analyzing the impact of the most important social factors on the consumption of grain and bread in Egypt, depending on the availability of income research data, spending and consumption during 2017/2018. This has shown the consumption patterns of the grain and bread group in Egypt's (Republic, urban and rural) taking an increasing general trend. The moral test of the differences between averages of annual household spending on cereals and bread for both (Republic- Urban-Rural) Egypt also shows that there are no moral differences in the average annual household spending on cereals and bread.
