Abstract | ||||
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of organizational trust and organizational silence and their relationship with environmental citizenship behavior. The research has three goals: the first goal is to determine the level of organizational trust, and the second goal is to determine The third goal of the degree of organizational silence is to study the relationship between organizational trust and environmental citizenship behavior. In order to achieve these goals, researchers used descriptive methods, which are the most common and common methods in social sciences. In business administration and environmental management science, 400 survey lists were distributed to the administrators of AIN shams University. The response rate of the study sample was 349, equivalent to 87.25%. SPSS software and Amos software were used for analysis. After analyzing the data, researchers found that organizational trust had a significant positive correlation with organizational trust. In environmental citizenship behavior, environmental citizenship behavior is morally directly affected by the two dimensions of organizational silence, namely, motivation silence and social support silence, while obedience to silence does not affect citizenship behavior. At the end of the environmental study, some suggestions were put forward, that is, UNU should strengthen and strengthen the organizational trust with university managers, and promote the environmental citizenship behavior of university employees by encouraging employees.
