Abstract | ||||
Nubian society has a distinct culture from the other cultures of the continent this is why the study sought to identify the Nubian cuisine tools that were used in the ancient Nubian environment as well as the material's from which these tools were made were these tools changing because they were displaced from the original environment to the other clay is used to make eldukka and now it's been replaced by eldukka made from iron which has led to a variety of different foods made from clay eldukka. | ||||
