Abstract
يهدف البحث اٍلي التعرف على تأثير برنامج تأهيلي على إستعادة الکفاءة الوظيفية لمفصل الکاحل بعد إصابتة بالإلتواء الخارجي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي باتباع التصميم التجريبي ذو القياسات القبلي والبعدي لمجموعه تجريبية واحده، وکانت عينة الدراسة (6) من الرياضيين المصابين بالإلتواء الخارجي ، ولجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتحديد متغيرات الدراسة استخدم الباحث اختبار قياس قوة العضلات و إختبار قياس المدى الحرکي ، وکانت أهم النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بين القياس القبلي والبعدي في متغير القوة البدنيه والمدى الحرکي لصالح القياس البعدي, وفي النهايه يوصي الباحث باستخدام البرنامج التأهيلي لتحسين المتغيرات البدنية لاستعادة الکفاءة الوظيفية لمفصل الکاحل بعد إصابته الالتواء الخارجي .

The research aims to identify the effect of a rehabilitation program on restoring the functional efficiency of the ankle joint after an external sprain, and the researcher used the experimental method by following the experimental design with pre and post measurements for one experimental group. The study variables The researcher used a test to measure muscle strength and a test to measure range of motion, and the most important results were the presence of statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements in the variable of physical strength and range of motion in favor of the post-measurement, and in the end, the researcher recommends using the rehabilitation program to improve the physical variables to restore the functional efficiency of the ankle joint. After suffering an external sprain.
