Abstract
سوف نتطرق في هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى قضية اللاجئين والنازحين من دولة جنوب السودان واستعراض أسباب ودوافع مشكلة اللجوء والنزوح وكذلك التحديات التي تواجه الأمم المتحدة في حماية اللاجئين والنازحين بدولة جنوب السودان التي استقلت حديثا عام 2011 عن السودان وأصبحت جمهورية جنوب السودان أحدث دولة رقمها 193 في العالم وبرغم انفصالها واستقلالها إلا أن التحديات استمرت وتنوعت ما بين التمرد القبلي والتعدد العرقي والديني واللغوي والثقافي و المناخي وأزمة الاندماج القومي أو الوحدة الوطنية والصراعات الدينية والثقافية والعرقية وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والاشتباكات المسلحة وانعدام الأمن وانعدام الاستقرار وعرقلة وصول المساعدات الإنسانية للنازحين واللاجئين وضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة والعنف ونقص تمويل العمليات الإنسانية والتدخل الأجنبي في شؤون الدولة حديثة الولادة والصراعات على الموارد و تحدي الفقر والألغام الأرضية ونظام الملكية العشائرية في الحيازة الزراعية، وأخيرا نستخلص بعض النتائج المترتبة ووضع بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات .
This critical study deals with the issue of refugees and displaced persons from the State of South Sudan and a review of the causes and motives for the problem of asylum and displacement, as well as the challenges facing the United Nations in protecting refugees and displaced persons in the State of South Sudan, which was newly independent in 2011 from Sudan, and the Republic of South Sudan became the most recent 193 country in the world.
Despite its separation and independence, challenges persisted and varied between tribal rebellion, ethnic, religious, linguistic, cultural and climatic pluralism, the crisis of national integration or national unity, religious, cultural and ethnic conflicts, human rights violations, armed clashes.
