| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: وفقاً لمنهج البحث الوصفى تدخل هذه الدراسة في إطار الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية التي تسعى إلى وصف وتحليل العلاقة بين ثقافة الفقر والتكيف مع الواقع الاجتماعى من خلال آلية الأسواق الشعبية للتعايش مع الواقع في ظل تدنى المستوى المعيشى والاعتماد على الوسائل الذاتية والخارجية للأسر الفقيرة ،وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم دليلاً للعمل الميدانى خاص بالأسواق الشعبية والتطبيق على سوق الأحد الشعبى بشبرا الخيمة وتصميم دليل مقابلة ل(20) من الباعة الجائلين في السوق و(50) من المشترين و المترددين على السوق من أجل معرفة هذه الوسائل، وقد تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في تساؤل مؤداه: ما هي آليات تكيف الفقراء مع الأزمات الاقتصادية وهل تعد الأسواق الشعبية بديلاً آمناً لاشباع حاجة الفقراء من الغذاء واستندت الدراسة إلى العديد من الأهداف وهى رصد العلاقة بين الأزمة الاقتصادية وميكانيزمات تكيف الفقراء مع واقعهم المعيشى الكشف عن العلاقة بين ثقافة الفقر والأسواق الشعبية التعرف على الأهمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأسواق الشعبية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منهاأن الفقر ليس فقط نوع من الحرمان الاقتصادى والاحتياج المستمر ونقص الموارد والإمكانات إنما للفقر جانب إيجابى باعتبار أنه يشكل بنية متكاملة من السلوكيات والتصورات ونظام للعقلنة والدفاع الذاتي لا يمكن بدونهما للفقراء أن يستمروا في العيش وفى ضوء نظرية ثقافة الفقر لأوسكار لويس فإن لثقافة الفقر بنيتها الخاصة ومرتكزاتها العقلانية فهى وسيلة إيجابية تدفع الفقراء أن يستمروا في الحياة بواسطتها أو من خلالها ومن أهم المبادئ التي يقوم عليها المكون الاقتصادى لثقافة الفقراء هو عدم الاهتمام بجودة السلع التي يشترونها بقدر اهتمامهم بالسعر والكمية وغياب ثقافة التنويع التي تراعى القيمة الغذائية للأطعمة والاستغناء عن اللحوم والفاكهة ويعد السوق الشعبى أداة فعالة لتخفيف العبء الاجتماعى عن الفقراء في ظل تراجع الدخل وانتشار الفقر ويلعب رأس المال الاجتماعي دوراً هاماً في السوق الشعبى والذى يظهر في العلاقات التجارية بين الباعة والتعاون بينهم وعدم إبراز أي شكل من أشكال العنف أمام المشترين وكذلك أشكال الحوارات والمنافسات بين البائع والمشترى حول موضوعات أخرى غير البيع والشراء. Abstract: According to the descriptive research method, this study falls within the framework of exploratory descriptive studies that seek to explore the relationship between the culture of poverty and popular markets. The field is specific to the popular markets and the application to the Al-Ahad popular market in Shubra Al-Kheima and the design of an interview guide for (20) street vendors in the market and (50) poor families of those who frequent the market in order to know these means. The study problem was identified in a question What are the mechanisms of Adaptation of the poor to economic crises Are popular markets a safe alternative to satisfy the poor's need for food The study was based on several objectives namely Monitoring the relationship between the economic crisis and the adaptation mechanisms of the poor to their living reality Revealing the relationship between the culture of poverty and popular markets Identifying the social and economic importance of popular markets The study reached several results including Poverty is not only a type of economic deprivation constant need and lack of resources and capabilities. Rather poverty has a positive side considering that it constitutes an integrated structure of behaviors and perceptions a system of rationalization and self-defense without which the poor cannot continue to liveIn light of Oscar Lewis’s theory of poverty culture the culture of poverty has its own structure and rational foundations It is a positive means that pushes the poor to continue living through it or through it A culture of diversification that takes into account the nutritional value of foods and dispenses with meat and fruits, and the popular market is an effective tool to reduce the social burden on individuals in light of the decline in income and the spread of poverty A form of violence in front of buyers as well as forms of dialogue and competition between the seller and the buyer on topics other than buying and selling | ||||
