Abstract | ||||
Abstract This study was conducted to learn about the reality of continuous improvement of technology education in the light of the methodology Kaizen on a sample representing 120 students from the strength of the community (190) student phase Bachelor Division (Education), Department of curriculum and Teaching Methods of Physical Education, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to the appropriateness of the nature of the study as the most appropriate in the light of its objectives, and data collection questionnaire tools design researcher, and the most important results achieved the quality of the continuous improvement of technology education in the Kaizen methodology light moderate degree relative weight of (73.74%), and the most important recommendations to highlight aspects that require continuous development and improvement, the adoption of a methodology kaizen continuous improvement in education by the departments of the university, development institutional awareness of the importance of the development of performance and continuous improvement, construction of the development of performance programs and continuous improvement. | ||||
