Abstract | ||||
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational learning levels (individual, group, organization, feed forward, and feedback) on dynamic capability dimensions (sensing opportunities and threats, seizing opportunities, managing risks & reconfiguration). Furthermore, this study presented a set of recommendations to help the pharmaceutical industry establish administrative capabilities that will enable it to keep up with the frequent changes in the competitive environment. In this regard, the researcher employed a variety of statistical approaches to validate the hypotheses, including tests of validity and reliability, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of organizational learning levels on the dimensions of sensing opportunities and threats, and risk management & reconfiguration, while the study doesn't support the assumed relationship of organizational learning dimensions on dimension of seizing opportunities, where the positive and significant impact is limited to the level of the individual, the organization, feed-forward, and feedback. Hence, the results did not prove a significant effect of learning at the group level after seizing opportunities. | ||||
