Abstract | ||||
تتناول الدراسة موضوع دور التشريعات الممكنة للتقنيات المستدامة في مجال تخزين الطاقة، وذلك لتحقيق حماية البيئة من الانبعاثات الضارة الناتجة عن الاستهلاك المفرط لمصادر الطاقة الاحفورية حيث يتطلب تحقيق التقدم والاستغلال الأمثل لمصادر الطاقة النظيفة والمتجددة إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشكلة تخزين الطاقة المتجددة للتمكين من استخدامها في الاوقات التي لا تكون فيها مصادر الطاقة المتجددة متاحه، ويعد تخزين الطاقة أحد التقنيات الداعمة الرئيسية للثورة الطاقوية وله أهمية استراتيجية كبيرة، حيث تدعم السياسات التشريعية عموما تمكين التقنيات المستدامة في تخزين الطاقة كأحد دعائم الاستدامة الطاقوية في نيوم وفى المملكة العربية السعودية ككل، وتوضح الدراسة أهمية دعم التشريعات لتمكين التقنيات المستدامة في تخزين الطاقة الى جانب العوامل الاخرى المساعدة في استغلال الطاقة المتجددة، وتوضح الدراسة أهمية دعم التشريعات لتمكين التقنيات المستدامة لتحقيق مستهدفات الاكتفاء الطاقوى في نيوم، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ضرورة وضع إطار تشريعي داعم ومرن يتناسب مع التطور المتوقع في تقنيات تخزين الطاقة ويخدم مستهدفات بناء نيوم كمديمة مستدامة العناصر | Abstract: This study explores the role of possible legislation for sustainable technologies in the field of energy storage, in order to achieve environmental protection from harmful emissions resulting from excessive consumption of fossil energy sources. Energy storage is one of the main supporting technologies for the energy revolution and has great strategic importance, as legislative policies generally support enabling sustainable technologies for energy storage as one of the pillars of sustainability in NEOM and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a whole. This study displays the importance of supporting legislation to enable sustainable energy storage technologies, along with other factors that help in exploiting renewable energy and achieving the objectives of the NEOM project as one of the energy sustainable cities. | ||||
