Abstract | ||||
New substituted pyrimidine, pyrazole, pyridine and pyrrole derivatives were synthesized from an unsaturated arylacetylmine key derivative via cyclization reaction with the suitable corresponding reagent and their structures were characterized by elemental and spectral analyses. The anticancer, antimicrobial and anti-Hepatities B activity of the synthesized compounds were studied against a panel of cells and microbes. The results showed moderate to high activities for most of the tested compounds. | ||||
