| Abstract | ||||
| The process of architectural design goes through many stages, and the good communication with the owner in most of these stages of things that contribute to the success of the design process to reach a design product that meets all its needs, taking into account its physical and cultural potential, to reduce the repeated modifications, and achieve the improvement of the urban environment. By avoiding repeated modifications, which often led to the owner selling the building or leaving it faltering for years, becoming the home of many of the security problems, environmental and visual environment, and the loss of confidence between citizens and architectural offices, which affects the process of urban development. The Research examines the concept of value added to be used in the process of architectural design and its impact on the urban environment as one of the goals of urban development. It also deals with the analysis of the stages of the design process and the role of the owner, and monitoring the most important computer programs and the role of participation in the process of architectural design based on the analytical theoretical approach, During the analytical approach, the study examines the results of the lack of participation of the owner in the process of architectural design, then uses the deductive approach to study the importance of computer programs in the process of architectural design and formulate the most important findings and recommendations to improve the process of The goal is to create an easy language that enables users to participate effectively in the design process and to understand all the details of the project to reduce user modifications, restore a lot of confidence between the architects and users of the architectural design and provide a lot of good and effective projects in the physical environment functionally and visually and the satisfaction and interaction of users with their facilities As a value added, and to push the process of urban development on track تمر عملية التصميم المعماري بالعديد من المراحل، ويعد التواصل الجيد مع المالک في غالبية تلک المراحل من الأمور التي تساھم في إنجاح عملية التصميم للوصول إلى منتج تصميمي يلبي کافة احتياجاتھ، مع مراعاة إمکانياتھ المادية والثقافية، للحد من التعديلات المتکررة، وتحقيق النھوض بالبيئة العمرانية. وذلک بتجنب التعديلات المتکررة والتي توصل المالک في کثير من الأحيان إلى بيع المبنى أو ترکھ متعثرا لًسنوات کمبنى مھجور مما يصبح موطنا لًلعديد من المشاکل الأمنية والبيئية والبصرية بالبيئة العمرانية، وصولا إًلى فقدان الثقة بين المواطنين والمکاتب المعمارية، مما يؤثر على عملية التنمية العمرانية . وعليھ يتناول البحث دراسة مفھوم القيمة المضافة للاستفادة منھ في عملية التصميم المعماري وأثره على البيئة العمرانية کأحد أھداف التنمية العمرانية، کما يتناول تحليل مراحل عملية التصميم ودور المالک فيھا، ورصد أھم برامج الکمبيوتر ودور المشارکة في عملية التصميم المعماري معتمدا عًلى المنھج النظري التحليلي، و من خلال المنھج التحليلي يتناول البحث دراسة النتائج المترتبة على قصور مشارکة المالک في عملية التصميم المعماري، ثم يستخدم المنھج الاستنتاجي لدراسة أھمية برامج الکمبيوتر في عملية التصميم المعماري وصياغة لأھم النتائج والتوصيات لتجويد عملية التصميم بإيجاد لغة سھلة تمکن المستخدمين من المشارکة الفعالة في عملية التصميم وفھم کافة التفاصيل بالمشروع للحد من تعديلات المستخدمين، واستعادة الکثير من الثقة بين ممارسي مھنة التصميم المعماري وبين المستخدمين وتوفير الکثير من المشروعات الجيدة والفاعلة في البيئة العمرانية وظيفيا وًبصريا وًتحقيق الرضا والتفاعل لدى المستخدمين مع منشآتھم کقيمة مضافة، وصولا إًلى دفع عملية التنمية العمرانية في مسارھا الصحيح. | ||||
