| تناول البحث الرواة الذين قال فيهم الحافظ ابن حجر «أفرط فيه فلان» من خلال كتابه: «تقريب التهذيب»،دراسة استقرائية نقدية، واتّبع الباحثُ المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي، وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، وقد حوت الدراسة سبعة عشر راويًا. ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة أسباب إفراط بعض هؤلاء الأئمة في أحكامهم على الرواة، والوقوف على صحة وصف هؤلاء الأئمة بالإفراط في الحكم من عدمه. وتتلخص أسباب اختيار البحث في أهمية الدراسة النقدية لمن وصفهم الحافظ بأنهم أفرطوا في الحكم على الرواة من خلال كتابه تقريب التهذيب بعد إمعان النظر والاستدلال. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن الإفراط في باب الجرح هو غمز الراوي بالغَلطة والغلطتين والثلاث ونحوها، وليس الأمر كذلك، بل الصواب الاعتدال، وقد اتضح صحة تعقب الحافظ ابن حجر على هؤلاء الأئمة في وصفهم بالإفراط، إلا في راو واحد هو: «عمرو بن هاشم الجنبي»، لم يفرط ابن حبان في الحكم عليه. ويوصي الباحث بعدم اعتماد قول المتشددين في جرح الرواة حتى يوافقهم أحد من النقـاد الذين وُصفوا بالاعتدال في الجرح والتعديل، وبمزيد العناية بعلم الجرح والتعديل ومصطلحاته، واستدراكات الأئمة في هذا العلم العظيم. This theoretical applied study tackles those narrators who are described by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar as "they have overstated on judging" in his book Taqreeb Al-Tahdheeb. The researcher applies the inductive critical method. The research includes an introduction, two sections and a conclusion, as it covers thirteen narrators. It aims to find out the reasons for the excess of some Imams on their judgments on the narrators, and to determine the correctness of describing those Imams as overstated or not. The reasons for selecting this topic are summarized in the significance of the critical study of those whom Al-Hafiz described as overstated on judging narrators in his book Taqrib Al-Tahdheeb. The most prominent findings include: overstating to discredit the narrator with a mistake, two or three mistakes and the like is not correct, but the correctness is moderation. The exaggeration of overstating on judging those imams by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar has been validated for all of them except one narrator who is: “Amr bin Hashim Al-Janbi.”. The researcher recommends not to adopt the extreme line in discrediting the narrators unless one of the moderate critics in discrediting and endorsement, in addition to paying more attention to the science of discrediting and endorsement, its terminology, and its imams’ corrections. | ||||
