Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة إلى استنتاج نهج الفقهاء في استخدام: التطبيق الفقهي للقياس في الأطعمة. التطبيق الفقهي للقياس في الأشربة. وجاءت الدراسة في أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالقياس والأطعمة والأشربة. المبحث الثاني: منهج الفقهاء في استخدام التطبيق القياسي في الأطعمة والأشربة. المبحث الثالث: تطبيقات القياس في الأطعمة. المبحث الرابع: تطبيقات القياس في الأشربة. وأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: أولاً: القياس الأصولي لدى الفقهاء من المصادر التطبيقية المهمة في بناء الأحكام الفقهية بشكل عام وباب الأطعمة والأشربة بشكل خاص. ثانياً: تميزت تطبيقات القياس في باب الأطعمة بدولتها حول علب أساسية منها: الضرر، النجاسة، الافتراس، الاسكار، ...الخ. ثالثاً: تميزت التطبيقات الفقهية للقياس في باب الأطعمة والأشربة بكونها مبنية على الحكمة أكثر من بنائها على العلة المنضبطة. رابعاً: توسع الفقهاء في التطبيق الفقهي في القياس في باب الأطعمة والأشربة مما يظهر أهميته في خطا الباب. خامساً: يفتح باب التطبيق الفقهي للقياس في الأطعمة والأشربة باب القياس في التطبيقات المعاصرة فيها. The study aimed to infer a theologian approach to the use of: The Jurisprudential Application of Measurement in Foods. The jurisprudence of the measurement in the drink. The study was conducted in four areas: First: Defining by Measurement, Foods, and Beverages. Second Investigator: A theologian's approach to the use of standard application in foods and beverages. Third Investigator: Measurement Applications in Foods. Fourth Quest: Measurement Applications in Beverages. The findings of the study are highlighted. First, the fundamentalist analogy of scholars is an important applied source in the building of jurisprudence in general and in the field of food and drink in particular. Second, the metering applications in the food section of the country were distinguished around basic boxes such as: harm, uncleanness, predation, sugar, etc. Third, the jurisprudence of the Food and Beverage Section has been more wisdom-based than disciplined foe. Fourth: The expansion of jurisprudence in the measurement of foods and beverages shows its importance in the line of the door. Fifth: The application of the jurisprudence of measurement in foods and beverages is open to measurement in contemporary applications. | ||||
