Abstract | ||||
This research deals with the rhetorical aspects of language relating to the context of (Covid-19) in the Arab and French media following the line of Lakoff and Johnson (1980/1985). This study aims to highlight the role played by rhetorical language in the description of an unprecedented global health crisis. We assume that a better description of this pandemic would lead to a better conception of the problem which could ultimately lead to clues towards a possible solution. | ||||
