Abstract | ||||
In our study a total number of 80 of tilapia fish Coptodon zilli fish were examined throughout four seasons in tow different locality Old Aswan Reservoirs and Aswan River at entrance of Aswan town from November 2018 to August 2019. we found that there are variation into the incidences of precipitation of cadmium and lead in examined organs in Coptodon zilli fish the liver is the main target organ of accumulation then the kidney and all exceed international permeable limit for all examined fish in 2 different locality Old Aswan Reservoirs and Aswan River Nile, within significant variation throughout different seasons. In addition to, accumulation of 2 metals cadmium (Cd.) and lead (Pb.) in muscles of examined fish within permissible limits throughout the different seasons without significant differences. There are not any abnormal signs in all examined fish as a result of external and internal clinical examination. Although the results of examination water samples revile presence of accumulation of metals in it and exceed international permeable limit, the results of calculation of bioaccumulation factor in different examined organs in a score of 1 (low concern). | ||||
