Abstract
هدف البحث : تقييم البرامج التدريبية القائمة علي التعلم عن بعد بوزارة التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمات الطفولة المبكرة أثناء جائحة كورونا بمحافظة الطائف ، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي ، وقد اشتملت عينة البحث عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الطائف المملكة العربية السعودية وقامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية والبالغ قوامها (170) معلمة ، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في: المقابلة الشخصية وتحليل المضمون واستبيان تقييم البرامج التدريبية القائمة علي التعلم عن بعد بوزارة التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمات الطفولة المبكرة أثناء جائحة كورونا .
وقد توصل البحث الحالي إلى ما يلي :

البرامج التدريبية القائمة علي التعلم عن بعد بوزارة التعليم له دور كبير في الارتقاء بمستوي القدرات المهنية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبكرة .
تعد البرامج التدريبية القائمة علي التعلم عن بعد أثناء جائحة كورونا من الحلول الجيدة للارتقاء بمستوي معلمات الطفولة المبكرة أثناء انتشار الأمراض والأوبئة .
تنمي البرامج التدريبية القائمة علي التعلم عن بعد العديد من المهارات الفنية والمهنية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبكرة .
Research objective: Evaluating training programs based on distance learning in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of early childhood teachers during the Corona pandemic in Taif Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach. The research sample included a sample of kindergarten teachers in Taif Governorate, Saudi Arabia. The random study consisted of (170) female teachers, and the research tools were: the personal interview, the content analysis, and the questionnaire to evaluate training programs based on distance learning in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of early childhood teachers during the Corona pandemic
 The current research found the following:

Training programs based on distance learning in the Ministry of Education have a major role in improving the level of professional capabilities of early childhood teachers.
Training programs based on distance learning during the Corona pandemic are good solutions to raise the level of early childhood teachers during the spread of diseases and epidemics.
Training programs based on distance learning develop many technical and professional skills of early childhood teachers..
