| THIS RESEARCH aims to study the Developing small projects and encouraging their establishment is a basic starting point for increasing production capacity on the one hand, and contributing to addressing the problems of poverty and unemployment on the other hand, in addition to its large absorptive capacity for manpower. Increasing its spread, and conducting a study through which the answer is given on the impact of the policies and strategies of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency in the Egyptian society in Aswan Governorate during the period 2000-2020. The results showed that the number of projects in micro-enterprises ranked first with a rate of 86.6% of the total number of small and micro enterprises during the study period, small enterprises came in second place with a rate of about 13.4% of the total number of small and micro enterprises during the study period Family. Despite the strong start of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency in the spread of small projects in 2000, the percentage of small projects represented about 68.6% of the total number of small and micro projects, but the number of small projects decreased in 2020 and the percentage of small projects represented about 11% of the total number of small and micro enterprises.
