| Abstract | ||||
| تُعد المدرسة مؤسسة تعليمية وتثقيفية وتربوية للطلاب ، إذ يقضون بها وقتاً طويلاً للدراسة والتعلم والإلمام بالعلوم والمعارف ، وتساهم في تكوين وعيهم الثقافي والإدراكي ؛ولكنها لا تنفرد بهذا التكوين وحدها إذ ظهر تعليماً موازياً لها خارج مؤسسات التعليم الرسمية عُرف بتعليم الظل ، ورغم اختلاف أشكاله وصور تطبيقه من دولة لأخرى ؛إلا أنه أنتشر بشكل واسع في جميع أنحاء العالم ، وأقرته الكثير من المنظمات ومنها تقرير اليونسكو العالمي عن التعليم ، لذا أصبح من الضروري الاعتراف بوجوده في كافة صوره وأشكاله ، ووضع آليات وممارسات للتخفيف من حجمه والتقليل من آثاره السلبية ، وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من آثاره الإيجابية ، ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم إجراءات مقترحة لممارسات وتدابير التعامل مع تعليم الظل على المستوى القومي والاقليمى والمجتمعي فى ضوء الاستفادة من خبرة كل من كوريا الجنوبية وماليزيا ، واستخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج المقارن لجورج بيريداى ، واشتملت الدراسة الحالية على خمس محاور تناول الأول منها إطار تنظيري عن تعليم الظل ، بينما تناول المحور الثاني خبرات كل من كوريا الجنوبية وماليزيا في ممارسات التعامل مع تعليم الظل ، وتناول المحور الثالث تحليل مقارن لممارسات تعليم الظل في كل من كوريا الجنوبية وماليزيا من خلال المقارنة المبدئية والمقارنة التفسيرية ، وتناول المحور الرابع واقع الدروس الخصوصية في مصر ، وانتهت الدراسة بالمحور الخامس حيث قدم البحث نتائج الدراسة وإجراءات مقترحة لممارسات التعامل مع قضية الدروس الخصوصية في مصر في ضوء الاستفادة من خبرتي كوريا الجنوبية ، وماليزيا . The school is an Educational, cultural and Educational institution for students, as they spend a long time in it studying, learning and acquiring knowledge of science and knowledge, and it contributes to the formation of their cultural and cognitive awareness, but it is not unique to this formation alone, as a parallel Education appeared outside the official Educational institutions known as shadow Education, despite its different forms and forms of application from one country to another; however, it has spread widely all over the world, and has been endorsed by many organizations, including the UNESCO World Report on Education, so it has become necessary to recognize its existence in all its forms and forms, and to put in place mechanisms and practices to mitigate its size to reduce its negative effects, and achieve maximum benefit of its positive effects,The current research aims to present proposed procedures for practices and measures to deal with shadow Education at the national, regional and societal levels in the light of benefiting from the experience of South Korea and Malaysia. Shadow, while the second axis dealt with the experiences of South Korea and Malaysia in the measures and practices of dealing with shadow Education, and the third axis dealt with a comparative analysis of shadow Education practices in both South Korea and Malaysia through preliminary comparison and explanatory comparison, and the fourth axis dealt with the reality of private Tutoring in Egypt, The study ended with the fifth axis, where the research presented the results of the study and suggested procedures for dealing with the issue of private Tutoring in Egypt in the light of benefiting from the Experiences of South Korea and Malaysia . | ||||
