| Abstract | ||||
| This study singled out the Ahmed Bey Palace as one of the most prominent Islamic historical monuments in the city of Constantine, Algeria, as a case study for valuing the tangible and cultural heritage, in light of the present and future directions of tourism development and its sustainability. This palace was chosen specifically to distinguish its architectural character from the rest of the palaces in Algeria. The problem that the study examines revolves around several points, most notably, a review of the mechanisms of architectural preservation of Ahmed Bey Palace, and the manner in which the city's residents and tourists are attracted to it, with the aim of assessing the current status of the interventions carried out in it compared to the aspirations of visitors at the local level and their level with global experiences similar to the palace. The descriptive approach was used by describing the interventions carried out by the concerned bodies and using the analytical approach to review the opinions and evaluation of visitors to the palace management and the quality of services provided to them in order to reach results and make recommendations. The study resulted in several results, the most important of which are: - The existence of non-innovative ideas to display the historical capabilities of the palace and its tangible and intangible heritage through uninteresting exhibition halls. - Shortcomings in the media marketing of minors with all their historical status, assets and collectibles. - Not to benefit from international experiences that deal with heritage buildings similar to Ahmed Bey Palace, such as Versailles Palace and Qalata Tower, and to keep the interventions carried out in the palace in the circle of safety brief by leaving the palace in its original, old condition, and not implementing any ideas that contribute to increasing sustainable tourism development. خصت هذه الدراسة بقصر أحمد باي باعتباره أحد أبرز المعالم التاريخية الاثرية الاسلامية بمدينة قسنطينة بالجزائر، كحالة دراسة لتثمين التراث المادي والثقافي، في ظل التوجهات الحاضرة والمستقبلية للتنمية السياحية واستدامتها. تم اختيار هذا القصر تحديدا لتميز طابعه المعماري عن بقية القصور المتواجدة بالجزائر. تتمحور المشكلة التي تبحثها الدراسة في عدة نقاط وأبرزها، استعراض آليات الحفاظ المعماري لقصر أحمد باي، والكيفية التي يتم بها استقطاب سكان المدينة والسواح له، بهدف تقييم الوضعية الراهنة للتدخلات المنجزة به مقارنة بتطلعات الزوار على المستوى المحلي و مستواها بالتجارب العالمية المشابهة للقصر. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال وصف التدخلات المنجزة من طرف الهيئات المعنية و استخدام المنهج التحليلي في استعراض آراء و تقييم الزوار لإدارة القصر و جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم بهدف الوصول لنتائج و وضع توصيات سفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج من أبرزها: - وجود أفكار غير ابتكارية لعرض إمكانيات القصر التاريخية وتراثه المادي وغير المادي من خلال قاعات عرض غير مشوقة. - قصور التسويق الإعلامي للقصر بكل ما يحظى به من مكانة تاريخية وموجودات ومقتنيات. - عدم الاستفادة من التجارب العالمية التي تعالج المباني التراثية المشابهة لقصر أحمد باي كقصر فرساي و برج قلاطا و إبقاء التدخلات المنجزة بالقصر بحلقة الامان مختصرة بترك القصر بوضعه الاصلي القديم و عدم تنفيذ اي افكار تساهم في زيادة التنمية السياحية المستدامة. | ||||
