Abstract | ||||
The research reviews the problems of government service projects during the operating period that the state establishes to meet the needs of citizens and consumes large sums of money from the state budget. To study the deterioration of some urban spaces after operation, especially public parks, which are a recreational service facility for citizens and reduce environmental pollution, and to review some public projects, whether global or local, that integrated the investment aspect from the beginning of the feasibility study for projects to provide the necessary financial resources to ensure the continuity and efficiency of operation of these projects for analysis And deducing the strategies used by the state for government service projects during the period of preparation and study by integrating the investment aspect to provide financial resources after operation to preserve these projects from deterioration and ensure their continuity with the development of their efficiency to meet the needs of citizens, and then reach general recommendations that maintain service projects to continue with high efficiency Not wasting public money. | ||||
