| Abstract : In this work laser interference technique was used to detect haematological disorders such as anaemia ,thrombocoytopenia ,leucocytosis this technique is called the laser sheet interference technique developed by professor Hatem El Ghandoor for measuring the optical density of blood components , the obtained results applying by this technique proved that The laser interference technique could be used as a very sensitive tool for measuring haemoglobin of blood and It may be considered as the basis for designing a new prototype to measure haemoglobin based on a laser interference | ||||
