| الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخدمات التي قدمتها وزارة الصحة قبل بدء المبادرات الرئاسية، والكشف عن التغيرات التي طرأت على صحة المواطن المصري في ظل المبادرات الرئاسية وصولًا إلى إقرار منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل، وكذلك الوقوف على منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل ودورها في رعاية صحية عالية الجودة، وأيضًا رؤية المجتمع البورسعيدي في منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإضافة إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية فيما يخص منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استعانت باستمارة الاستبيان بوصفها أداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (70) مفردة من المترددين المستفيدين بالتأمين الصحي بمحافظة بورسعيد، Abstract The study aimed to identify the services provided by the Ministry of Health before the start of the presidential initiatives, and to reveal the changes that occurred in the health of the Egyptian citizen in light of the presidential initiatives leading to the approval of the comprehensive health insurance system, as well as to stand on the comprehensive health insurance system and its role in high-quality health care, And also the vision of the Port Said community in the comprehensive health insurance system, in addition to setting a future vision regarding the comprehensive health insurance system. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire form as a tool for data collection, and it was applied to a sample of (70) single beneficiaries of health insurance in Port Said Governorate | ||||
