Abstract | ||||
المسؤولية المهنية للمعلم الجامعى لها آثارًا تحفيزية مهمة، فغالبًا ما ينخرطون في السلوكيات تشعرهم بإحساس داخلي بالالتزام والقيام بواجباتهم وادوارهم المهنية . فقد يبذلون جهدًا كبيرًا لإعداد دروس عالية الجودة، ويبذلون قصارى جهدهم لمساعدة الطلاب، و يسعون باستمرار لتحسين تعليمهم لدعم تعلم طلابهم، والتقييم الذاتي لطرق التدريس لتطوير طرق للتدريس متنوعة، والاهتمام باحتياجاتهم والنتائج التعليمية لهم، و الاهتمام بالعمل التطوعي المجتمعي. تكونت عينة البحث من طلبة الفرقه الثالثة والمختارين من الشعب الاتية (العلمية – الادبية - والنوعية ) بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة – جامعة لازهر،ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم اعداد مقياس يهدف الى قياس لمسئولية المهنية لدى المعلم الجامعى كما يدركه الطلاب . واشارت النتائج الى: - أن متوسط درجات المسؤولية المهنية لدى المعلم الجامعي بلغ (135,87) درجة بانحراف معياري (24,65)، وبوزن نسبي (87,09%) مما يدل على ارتفاع مستوى المسؤولية المهنية لدى المعلم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلاب. - لوحظ أن البعد الرابع (عضو في مؤسسة أكاديمية) احتل المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (15,72) وانحراف معياري (2,99) بوزن نسبي (98,25%)، ويليه في المرتبة الثانية البعد الثالث (التعامل كزميل) بمتوسط (13,33) وانحراف معياري (2,45) بوزن نسبي (88,86%)، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة البعد الأول (عضو في مهنة أكاديمية) بمتوسط (21,00) وانحراف معياري (3,75) بوزن نسبي (87,50%)، ثم في المرتبة الرابعة البعد الثاني (التعامل كمعلم) بمتوسط (36,62) وانحراف معياري (6,79) بوزن نسبي (87,19%)، ثم في المرتبة الخامسة البعد السادس (التواصل الطلابي) بمتوسط (15,58) وانحراف معياري (3,25) بوزن نسبي (86,55%)، ثم في المرتبة السادسة البعد الخامس (الإسهام في أعمال الكلية) بمتوسط (20,75) وانحراف معياري (4,25 %) بوزن نسبي (86,45%)، ثم في المرتبة السابعة والأخيرة البعد السابع (النمو المهني لأكاديمي) بمتوسط (12,84) وانحراف معياري (2,81) بوزن نسبي (85,60 ) | ||||
