Abstract | ||||
COVID-19 pandemic had a severe impact on the bulk market industry around the world. The reduction in demand for commodities, disruptions in the global supply chain, and increased operating costs led to a decline in trade volume and revenue. The impact of the pandemic varied across regions, with Asia being the most affected. The pandemic has highlighted the need for the industry to develop strategies to mitigate the impact of future disruptions and ensure the continuity of the global supply chain. This research aims to provide insights and recommendations for policymakers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to better prepare for and respond to future pandemics or other global crises; using a comprehensive literature review. This research follows an inductive approach by reviewing previous studies on the impact of COVID-19 on the bulk market. | ||||
