| Abstract | ||||
| تستهدف المقالة الحالية معرفة ماهية الفكر الإداري ونماذج الإدارة في الدولة الإسلامية، والكشف عن النظام الإداري في الفكر الإسلامي من حيث (أهميته، وأهدافه، ومعالمه، وخصائصه وسماته)، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على التدريب كأحد ضوابط الالتزام التنظيمي من وجهة نظر إسلامية. فالعصر الذي نعيشه نجد غياب الوعي الديني لدى العديد من المؤسسات، وضعف التزامها التنظيمي؛ مما يصبح لزامًا الرجوع إلى المنهج الإسلامي؛ من أجل تحقيق مستوى أعلى من الالتزام والانضباط؛ نظرًا لثبات منهجه، ووضوحه، وتكامله، واستناده على القرآن الكريم، وتمثلت النتائج بأن مفهوم الإدارة في الفكر الإسلامي وأهدافها وغاياتها تستمد من تعاليم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، وقامت الدولة الإسلامية في عهد الرسول (r) والخلفاء الراشدين والعهدين الأموي والعباسي بكل العمليات مهتديةً بالفكر الإداري الإسلامي، توجيهات الدين الإسلامي الحنيف توجب الأخذ بمبادئ الإدارة في تسيير أمور الجماعة المسلمة، والنظام الإداري الإسلامي يراعي الضرورات الخمس: حفظ الدين، والعقل، وحفظ النفس، وحفظ الشرف، وحفظ المال، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة خوف المسلم من الله في الأعمال والمهام التي يقوم بها، وأن الإحسان يحب أن يكون روح كل عمل ومهمة ووظيفة يزاولها المسلم. The current research aims to identify administrative thought and management models in the Islamic state, in terms of (importance, objectives, features, characteristics and characteristics). In addition, it introduces training as one of the precepts of organizational commitment from an Islamic point of view. Due to the absence of religious awareness in many institutions and their weak organizational commitment, it has become necessary to achieve a higher level of commitment and discipline. This necessitates referring to the Islamic approach because of the consistency, clarity, and complementarity of its approach, and its reliance on the Holy Quran. The results have confirmed that the concept of management in Islamic thought and its goals and objectives are derived from the teachings of the true Islamic religion, on which the Muslim State was based during the eras of the Prophet (pbuh) and the Guided Caliphs. The Islamic administrative system takes into account the five necessities: Preserving religion, reason, lives, honor, and property. The study recommends that a Muslim be mindful of Allah at work and that Muslims should perfect their work. | ||||
