| Abstract | ||||
| هدف الباحث من دراسته إلى بيان مكانة المرأة في المجتمع السعودي، وإظهار مدى رعاية الحكومة السعودية لحقوق المرأة، وتفعيل دورها في المجال السياسي والاقتصادي بما يليق بها ويحفظ كرامتها وخصوصيتها، معرفة دور المؤسسات الحقوقية في وجه أي انتهاك يمس أو ينتهك هذه الحقوق. تتمثل المشكلة في التحديات الكبيرة التي تقف عائقاً أمام زيادة دور المرأة في المجتمع وخروجها عن دورها النمطي في المجتمع السعودي، وقد انتهج الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة فقد بيّنت التطور الذي شهدته المملكة العربية السعودية على مستوى تمكين المرأة حتى احتلت مكانة لا بأس بها في المجال السياسي والاقتصادي بزيادة عمّا كانت عليه سابقاً. قدمت الحكومة للمرأة ما يحفظ لها حقوقها، ويحميها من أي انتهاك ربما تتعرض له من دخولها سوق العمل، كما قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات حيث أوصى على أهمية نشر الوعي عن طريق وسائل الإعلام بحقوق المرأة التي نصت عليها الشريعة الإسلامية، إعداد المرأة الإعداد الذي يحفظ لها كيانها، زيادة تقديم البحوث والدراسات الأكاديمية حول التوازن بين الجنسين في سوق العمل؛ الأمر الذي يساعد المملكة على تحقيق أهداف التنمية للألفية الثالثة وتحقيق تنمية بشرية مستدامة. The present study aims to clarify the status of women in Saudi society and to show the extent to which the Saudi government cares for women's rights and activates their role in the political and economic fields in a way that befits them and preserves their dignity and privacy. It also aims to shed light on the role of human rights organizations in the face of any violations of these rights. The problem consists in the great challenges that stand in the way of increasing the role of women and going beyond their typical role in Saudi society. The study, which follows the analytical descriptive approach, has reached important results that show the development witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the level of empowering Saudi women who have occupied political and economic positions, more significant than the positions they previously occupied. The government has provided women with what preserves their rights and protects them from any violation they may be subjected to when they enter the labor market. The study recommends the media to spread awareness of women's rights as stipulated by Islamic Sharia. It also recommends increasing research and academic studies on gender balance in the labor market, which helps the Kingdom achieve the development goals of the third millennium and achieve sustainable human development. | ||||
